      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your app has been stuck constantly loading whenever I try to pay my bill—and this has been happening for months! If my payment is late, this is why. As a telecom company, I’d expect a more reliable experience. Please fix this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
