Nope, I record all of my expenses in Quicken which means I need to track each category for any report I might want to generate.

I find it annoying that each month, as I'm reconciling my charges for each service on my PCs financial software, I need to go first to Detailed Bill, then download a pdf file in order to see the charge and GST for each individual service. This should be included in the detailed view rather than just the total GST for all services.

Thanks for your thought. I am curious about your reasoning for that idea. Would it involve claiming an HST refund for some services but not all?

Thank you for the clarification. You might wish to create a formula to calculate the HST out of the totals you enter, breaking down the visible total. It has been a long time since I used Quicken, but you might know.
