      <description>&lt;P&gt;U r referring to the mobile plan right? There should be a detailed paragraph on the website. But be aware of the pic quality and device limitations. U might ended up with experience similar to free versions online, such as some 540P shows by Bell media with ads on their legit websites.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If Crave Basic with Ads is included with your mobility plan, you need to complete the registration in order to access Crave on your mobility device. Please check out the Helpful replies.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Crave Basic is available with continued subscription to your rate plan and registration to Crave Basic.&amp;nbsp;A limited number of titles are unavailable on ad-supported plans due to licensing restrictions. AirPlay, Roku, PS4, PS5 and select Fibe TV HD and 4K receivers are not supported on ad plans.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class=""&gt;"...as a valued customer, we gifted you&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Crave&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Basic at no extra cost&amp;nbsp;– it’s our way of saying&amp;nbsp;thanks. You haven’t activated it yet, but there’s still time. Once you do, it’s yours to enjoy &lt;STRONG&gt;for as long as you have a Mobility plan&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;with&amp;nbsp;data&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;Just a quick note:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;this offer will expire on October&amp;nbsp;26,&amp;nbsp;2025, if it’s not activated by&amp;nbsp;then."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;I had already activated my Crave account through Bell and had been using it frequently long before I got this email telling me to activate it. I still clicked the button to activate it even though I had already been using it just in case. I went to continue one of my shows I had been watching on Crave, and now it says I no longer have a subscription through my TV provider. I'm not sure what else I could have done when I clearly had activated it as I was already using Crave for some time through Bell. Is there any way I can get it back? The email said I just needed to activate it by the deadline which I did. It wasn't a 24 month offer as I'm not on a new mobility plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I’ve had a Bell agent call me to confirm an appointment I had with a technician since I am now a new Bell client. When she confirmed my entire order (internet, tv and phone) she said she was surprised I didn’t get Crave with it since it was free. I said I didn’t know that and she replied she could add it and it wouldn’t cost me a thing. So I said go for it. That was a few days ago and I tried linking my crave account to my bell account and it says I am not a subscriber. So was she lying to me or is that something that I’m &amp;nbsp;actually supposed to be able to get?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
