Removing Smart Phone Care

How do I cancel smart phone care? After paying a hefty monthly fee, you still have to pay for a replacement. If I want to replace my phone it will cost me $400!!!

We're sorry to hear that you wish to remove your Smart/Phone Care. When you buy a new mobile device, it comes with a limited 12-month warranty for manufacturer’s defects and malfunctions. Smart/Phone Care gives you additional coverage and peace of mind, knowing that you don’t have to pay the full replacement value of your device, but only a replacement fee depending on the device owned.

Hello. I would like to cancel the smart phone care add-on on my account, but both the website and application don't allow it. They both redirect you to the online chat that doesn't offer any more directions or help on how to do that.

Cancelling Smart Phone Care

You may cancel the contract by calling Bell at 1-800-667-0123 to request cancellation. If you cancel this contract, coverage will cease, and billing will cease as well.
Bell will stop billing you, on the next business day following the date that they receive your request for cancellation.
Your account will be credited the amount of any invoiced monthly charge applicable to the period after the date of cancellation

Hi, I purchased Google Pixel 7 with Bell service from Thunder Bay, ON. My first month bill is as huge as $156. Please support to get the service charges waived off. I am a student without a job. It's not affordable. Also suggest the steps to cancel the insurance for my phone which is costing me $16 per month.
