&lt;P&gt;You can absolutely request that the funds be transferred to the correct account (some conditions may apply). Once the transfer is complete that payment would apply towards the next invoice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you wish to receive a refund, the quickest way would be to contact your financial institution in order to request a payment reversal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can request that we refund your money in the same way that you paid. It can take 3-4 weeks to receive a refund.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone Bell’s billing dep. And probably your bank too. Both should be ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for eviction, please check the provincial law and relax. Landlords can’t legally kick you out you without an eviction order, even if you don’t pay rent. If they happen to use other legal excuses, you must have messed up the retrieving of the money for too long that they become so suspicious about your explanation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can try talking to your financial institution, but I am not even sure they can do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both of you can contact Bell Customer Services Billing &amp;amp; Accounts at&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;310-BELL or at 1-800-310-BELL&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;amp; see what they can do for you. A simpler, less costly &amp;amp; faster method might be to do a financial transfer between each of you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wish I could offer some other quick fix, but I can not!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Paid it through my bank application with following steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went to my bank application &amp;gt; added a Payee &amp;gt; Went to bell mobility application&amp;gt; coppied the Client ID &amp;gt; pasted it on my bank application &amp;gt; entered the amount which was due &amp;gt; submitted the payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was not until this month notification which showed me amount overdue that the client id was different that what it was when I made the payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you set up the Client ID with your financial institution &amp;amp; submitted the payment, it would be next to impossible for Bell to know which account you made the payment to. You need to go back to your financial institution and correct the account payee information &amp;amp; see what they can do to reverse your payment&amp;nbsp; to the wrong account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I trust you know the wrong account number that you paid through your bank?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not know of any simple method of retracting a payment to correct this type of mistake.       <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you pay your bill? It could be as simple as a timing issue based on when you paid your bill &amp;amp; when the payment was sent &amp;amp; received by Bell. You should be able to verify this online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If unsure whether you paid your bill, the correct payee / account or the amount, then I would login online &amp;amp; also call your financial institution&amp;nbsp; /&amp;nbsp; credit card company to determine if a payment was made from either of these accounts to Bell. In either case, you should see a corresponding transaction with your bank or credit card company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are advised that no payment has been made, then you should do so. If a payment has been made incorrectly, they can confirm the payee &amp;amp; may be able to reverse this payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If after completing all of the above &amp;amp; you are still unsure, then by all means, contact Bell Customer Service Account and Billing.
