      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on the limited information that you have provided, I can only assume that you purchased your mobility plan &amp;amp; device within the last 24 months. If I am correct, then you probably signed up for the:&amp;nbsp;SmartPay&amp;nbsp;plan&amp;nbsp;with the&amp;nbsp;Device Return Option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can view your Bell mobility agreement in MyBell. It will include all of the details that you agreed to when you activated your mobility service &amp;amp; device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This question is best answered by a Bell Mobility Customer Service representative. &lt;P&gt;To expand on&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/874569699"&gt;@WelshTerrier&lt;/a&gt;'s reply, your monthly plan itself is not dependent on whether or not you agreed to Device Return Option - the only thing DRO impacts is your monthly payment for your phone itself, which is a separate charge on your bill. Once your agreement with Bell is set and the initial buyer's remorse period has passed, the monthly device payment is non-negotiable and cannot be changed beyond buying out your agreement before the 24 month term has passed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In conclusion, Device Return Option cannot be separately excised from your initial Smart Pay agreement mid-term.&lt;/P&gt;
