Is your iOS or OS up to date? Which device are you experiecing this problem with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MyBell app is compatible with iOS devices version 11 or newer and Android devices version 5.0 or newer. If you have an older iPhone or Android model, or if you have a smartphone running on a Windows or BlackBerry operating system, you will not be able to download the app on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you make out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also experiencing this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung s24 ultra, fully up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried restarting,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;downgrading mybell to stock app (it doesn't let me uninstall)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleting cache and data and reached out to my local Bell store for help one of which has the same phone as me and also can't access mybell app&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000030495.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/3863i36A1DB34A5B5331E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000030495.jpg" alt="1000030495.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you clarify as to what exactly is happening when you try to open the MyBell app (E.g. Is it freezing, crashing, refusing to open)? Have you recently experienced similar issues with any other apps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you could share more details and a screenshot of the error message it would be greatly helpful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a last resort, you may want to consider doing a factory reset of your phone.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have recently gotten the Pixel 9 Pro Fold my issue is not the same but I have followed all the steps. My app when I open it won't stop flickering like crazy and this only happens with this app no other apps. I've removed the app restarted my phone and reinstalled the app twice now and the same thing happens nothing changes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using the developer beta version of iOS 26.0? The blue screen is known issue with the MyBell app and the developer beta. Not unexpected with beta software. I expect it will be fixed soon, so keep checking for an app update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When upgraded to iOS 26 beta 2 I've noticed the same problem the app loads and stays stuck on a solid blue screen and stays or closes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- I've removed the app restarted phone attempted a reinstall same rhing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- I've reached out to apple support and was advised it's &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;an&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="inherit"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;app developer issue and reach out to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bell - please investigate and if need be contact me directly for full details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your question. The MyBell app does not yet run under iOS 26 as it is beta software. When iOS 26 is released in September, the MyBell app will run under it. This is one of the down sides of running beta software before release. Not all apps will work before the release version is launched. Your options are not to run beta software and revert to iOS 18.5 or if you do, not run the MyBell app and access your account through another device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct. I have the MyBell app on iOS 26.1. It does not work except after repeated fault screens and then I have to log in. Right now it is more effective to log in using your credentials on a standard browser. That does work on iOS and Windows computers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was another app update, and it showed the terms of service, so I said ok. Then AGAIN, it was stuck on the bell splash screen. This is crazy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
