    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I received a reminder about my overdue balance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am currently in a difficult financial situation and I cannot pay the full amount right now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, I can make a payment of $116 today.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to request a payment arrangement or an extension for the remaining balance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know what options are available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
