 &lt;LI&gt;Is this error occurring while both on wi-fi and mobile data?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried in a web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) instead of in the app?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What are you doing in the MyBell app when you receive this error? Are you connecting your account for the first time? Trying to log in? Viewing your usage? Viewing a bill?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It appears this issue can arise when your logon credentials have changed.&amp;nbsp; But there is no way to get to a place on the MyBelll app to say your credentials have changed.&amp;nbsp; I just went to the app to recreate the error (and I have been trying to logon for well over two months) and received a message to say my credentials had changed and to log in again.&amp;nbsp; I did change my credentials and all is working as expected now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So my question to you, how can I get the message much much sooner so I can provide the proper credentials? how can I force the MyBell app to ask me for my credentials?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To be able to force the MyBell app to ask for your log-in credentials, you have two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When logged into MyBell, you can go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Profile &amp;gt; Settings and Privacy &amp;gt; Log Out on App Close&lt;/STRONG&gt; - This function can be toggled on so the MyBell app will log you out automatically when closed.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can clear the &lt;STRONG&gt;Cache&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;User Data&lt;/STRONG&gt; in your phone's settings for the specific app. This functions similarly to clearing cookies &amp;amp; cache in a web browser and will log you out automatically.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can clear the data and cache of an app with these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to your &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select the app in question - in this case, &lt;STRONG&gt;MyBell&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Storage&lt;/STRONG&gt;; you can also select &lt;STRONG&gt;Uninstall&lt;/STRONG&gt; at this screen instead of Storage.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear Data&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Clear Cache&lt;/STRONG&gt; will be visible at the bottom of the screen.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give both clearing the cache as well as uninstalling and redownloading the app, and let us know if the issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;

Could please verify to see if you device meets the following criteria for using the MyBell app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new MyBell app is compatible with iOS devices version 11 or newer and Android devices version 5.0 or newer. If you have an older iPhone or Android model, or if you have a smartphone running on a Windows or BlackBerry operating system, you will not be able to download the app on your phone &amp;amp; it will no longer work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you also verify that your device is using the most current software? e.g. iOS 13.0 &amp;amp; above or Android OS 13.0 &amp;amp; above.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You mentioned uninstalling &amp;amp; reinstalling the app. I will assume that you also completed a full power off &amp;amp; reboot of your device as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to upgrade your phone to a more recent selection of smartphones in order to download the new MyBell app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As an alternative, you did mention having to use MyBell with your web browser by logging in to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://bell.ca/mybell" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;bell.ca/mybell&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;online.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running into a major issue with the MyBell app and the MyBell website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After I log in, the app freezes on the blue Bell loading screen, then displays "We are experiencing a technical issue and are not able to complete your request." On the contrary, the website lets me log in, but redirects me back to the services list when I try to access any service settings or sub-menus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another example: when I tried to add a pre-authorized payment method, it kept showing a technical issues message, preventing me from adding any of my credit cards or a bank account. I have ended up asking their phone support to set up PAD for me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Overall, from what i've noticed, it is just a significant number of requests to their back-end that just result in 500 errors with the "Unhandled Exception" message across Bell client apps (mobile, web).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I moved to Bell back in January, and it was like this from day one. I made several complaints to their phone support, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
