    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here... everytime a product or service changes, your system just switches email communications to French without being asked to do it. Then the online chat option condescendingly tells you to just "go change your language preference in the settings",&amp;nbsp; but I NEVER SWITCHED IT TO FRENCH MYSLEF to begin with, my settings are in English and yet your system just starts sending unwanted emails in French...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; The billing profile is in English.&amp;nbsp; Anytime I make a change to my services, the confirmations and Service Agreements come back in French.&amp;nbsp; Are there other areas in the Bell site that need to be updated?&amp;nbsp; My iPhone translates the pages the best it can, but there is always something that is lost in the translation.&amp;nbsp; Please provide a definitive answer or link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need someone from Bell to change my voicemail and all my emails from Bell to ENGLISH.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I opened my account I was told my account was setup as ENGLISH but my voicemail message is in French and all emails from Bell are received in French.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From other posts, it&amp;nbsp; appears that only Bell can make these changes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can somebody at Bell correct this????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
