&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you set up pre-authorized payments, the withdrawal of funds from your bank account or credit card does not happen immediately on the immediate bill's due date.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It's important to note that it can take one full billing cycle for pre-authorized payments to become active after you first enroll.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="T286Pc" aria-owns="action-menu-parent-container" data-complete="true" data-sfc-cb="" data-sfc-root="c" data-sfc-cp=""&gt;Manual payments made through your bank often take&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG class="Yjhzub" data-complete="true" data-sfc-cb="" data-sfc-root="c"&gt;3 to 5 business days&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to appear in the system. Since April 2nd was a Thursday, it is very likely the payment is still being processed and may even be present at this time in your account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="T286Pc" aria-owns="action-menu-parent-container" data-complete="true" data-sfc-cb="" data-sfc-root="c" data-sfc-cp=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can review your billing and payment history, including your bill date, due date and any upcoming pre-authorized payment dates, by logging into MyBell.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The day I got my bill notification, I paid through my online banking app, waited the 3 business days to check if the payment went through, but it still said I had to pay my bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I waited one more day, just in case, and when I checked again, it still said I had to pay my bill. So, I paid through the My Bell app, it said the payment went through and that I didn’t owe money now, but I just checked it again and it says I owe money again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked both my bill history here and on my banking app, and it said I made 2 different payments for this same bill, but it still says I owe money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what do I do now? My bill is due on Monday, December 4, 2023, and I’d rather not be a stressor during the weekend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Online bill payments can be cancelled same day up until midnight M-F. Weekend &amp;amp; Holiday payments can be cancelled up until midnight on the first business day thereafter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Using your payment timeline from above, the bank would of processed this after midnight on Monday, that is Tuesday morning.&amp;nbsp;Payments normally take 3-5 business to process when sent via your financial institution or credit card company. This is dependant upon the day of the week, the hour of the day &amp;amp; how you paid your bill.&amp;nbsp;Bell still must receive your payment by the due date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The processing time depends on the payment method you choose. I have attached a web link that will show the approximate time it takes to process your payment. This can vary significantly depending on the method you have chosen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All Bell accounts have a monthly billing date. It is the same date every month. All bill payments must be received within 30 days of the billing date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your account is credited when Bell receives the funds from your financial institution. This time line can vary from 1 - 18 days. Although your account may be credited immediately at your financial institution, or even any number of days afterwards, this also depends on when &amp;amp; your method of payment,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The MyBell site updates bill payments daily after they are received from the bank. This time can vary from&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;1-4 business days after the payment date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;This time frame can be longer depending on the time of day the payment is made with the financial institution, weekends, holidays, &amp;amp; if there any system outages.When Bell receives these funds, your account is credited.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The chart I have included in this link is only a reference point for you to use. It is intended to allow you sufficient time to pay your bill by the due date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The processing time that I mention, is not unique to just Bell bills. I have found it useful to pay my Bell bill as soon as it arrives and not less that 5 days before the due date.
