You must use a non-Bell email address (e.g., Gmail or Outlook) for verification.&amp;nbsp;You can also configure &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Bell MFA&lt;/SPAN&gt; to use a mobile number for SMS verification.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you are unable to log in to &lt;STRONG&gt;MyBell&lt;/STRONG&gt; to change your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) email because you no longer have access to the old email or phone number,&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;you will need to contact Bell support to update your profile information.&lt;BR /&gt;Please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;call Bell iTech support &amp;amp; request to have the MFA for your account reset. &lt;P&gt;I am trying to add my Hotmail email to my iPhone. I can’t figure out how to change the email address that’s listed for the verification code; I no longer have access to that email account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
