The appearance of Roam Better as it appears on bill

Why does Roam Better only appear as "Events" charged at $16/day with no description tying it to the Roam Better Feature; yet, further down the bill in the section called "Roamer Packet Data" it is listed as billed by MB @ $0.00? For those who have to travel for work and would be normally reimbursed for charges to a personal phone incurred due to work duties, this makes it extremely difficult to do so because there is no wording linking those "events" to the daily Roam Better Fee. I am curious as to why the descriptions on the actual bill aren't more specific and less contradictory. Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

The interactive nature of the detailed bill allows you to engage directly with specific charges and entries. Hovering over the info icon will allow you to learn more about a specific charge (e.g., What is included in your Mobility rate plan?). The blue question marks highlighting specific charges can be selected to get specific details for a particular charge.

For example, to see more details on one-time partial fees and credits resulting from a package change:

Expand the service you are interested in seeing more details for.
Find the subscriber you are looking for.
Under Service changes, locate one-time charges with the blue question mark.
Select the blue question mark to get more details regarding your partial charges.

You can also manage your services directly from the detailed bill with personalized links to self-serve tools.

Why are Bell customers charged with Events? What are Events? Charges are really high, $200 plus for a month!!!

On a Bell bill, "Events" refer to pay-per-use charges or third-party digital transactions that are not covered by your standard monthly plan. The community being a peer to peer assistance forum, we do not have access to your account to see the details and it is possible that you triggered multiple recurring fees, automated messages, or daily international roaming charges.

We invite you to check your Detailed Bill: Log in to the MyBell Portal to view your unbilled usage. Expand the "Events" dropdown to view the exact dates, times, and descriptions of what triggered each charge.
