Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for posting your question.

To port a home phone number from another supplier to Bell, you will need to contact a Bell customer service to place your order.

Please keep your old service active until the transfer finishes, and provide your current account details to the Bell Customer Service representative.

Transfers usually take 2 to 5 business days, though they can sometimes take up to a week.

To switch your home phone number over to Bell, please call 1 866 310-2355. When you ask to transfer your number from another provider, Bell will request that your provider transfer your phone number if you can:

Confirm that you have the right to make the request

Authorize Bell to share relevant information (which may include your personal information) with your existing service provider

Complete and sign any required request form.

You are responsible for paying any fees your existing service provider may require, including any applicable cancellation charges.

Take care.
