topic Receiving daily calls from Bell with dead air on the line. How to stop this? in My account

Thank you for your concern. The calls are not necessarily from Bell. More likely they are scammers, even if the call says it is from Bell. Scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers to think it is someone in your community or a charity or another organization is calling you. You know it is a scammer then the number they spoof is your own phone number! Bell can not stop these calls entirely.

Basically, you are under no obligation to answer. If it is a legitimate call, they can leave a message.

I'm getting somebody from Bell calling my cell phone every single day for the last 5 days sometimes twice. I answered again this morning with nobody on the other end. Please stop immediately
