More likely they are scammers, even if the call says it is from Bell. Scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers to think it is someone in your community or a charity or another organization is calling you. You know it is a scammer then the number they spoof is your own phone number! Bell can not stop these calls entirely.&nbsp;</P> <P>Basically, you are under no obligation to answer.
