    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using Safari on a Mac &amp;nbsp;and did clear my cache. &amp;nbsp;Using the App. on the iphone as well with the same issue when trying to view my bill. &amp;nbsp;I am able to use the downbload option on the phone. &amp;nbsp;Both the Phone and Mac are the latest version. &amp;nbsp;Last month I did not have this issue. &amp;nbsp;I do not want to install a new browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you share with the Community which browser you're currently using and what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try the following as well;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Clear your cookies and cache and make sure the pop up blocker is turned off.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try a different browser, such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox&lt;/LI&gt;

For example, if your account was activated on September 1st, and your bill is printed on the 7th, your first invoice will include charges from your installation date of September 1st - September 30th.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Account billing is based on your Bell billing date within the calendar month when the bill is generated. The billing date will be the same every month.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your card was charged on June 1, it will show up as a payment to your account when received by Bell.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To view your Bell account &amp;amp; your billing date, login to MyBell and you will be able to view&amp;nbsp; this information on the main page under OneBill. This will include your payment &amp;amp; the date it was received. Pre-authorized billing is shown as well. This can also be changed from this screen. You can also view your current bill, see any outstanding balance or credit, &amp;amp; make a payment.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you setup One Bill on MyBell? Do you have more than one account? Did you add all of your accounts? Are they linked in One BillI ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I trust your services are set up &amp;amp; functioning &amp;amp; that you have a MyBell account &amp;amp; it is set up for at least one of your services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, then follow the steps I have provided below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to link the accounts for One Bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you complete the following steps by linking your accounts in MyBell, there will be numerous other benefits to linking them, including One Bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wish to add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobiliity, etc., to MyBell &amp;amp; set it up for One Bill you will need to link these services / accounts in your MyBell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do so, open any web browser &amp;amp; Login to your MyBell account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, go to the following link &amp;amp; follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.bell.ca/Billing-and-Accounts/MyBell.how_to_add_another_account_to_mybell" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;How to add another account to MyBell&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow these steps for each of the service you wish to link to MyBell.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Safari 16.5.1 was updated as part of an automatic update on June 21, 2023. &amp;nbsp;Since then I am unable to view my Current Bill. &amp;nbsp;The web page partially loads then stalls . Re-loading the page results in a blank page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the usual, Pop Up are enabled, Jaba Script is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to load the Current Bill on a different computer with an older version of Safari.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are your bills regularly issued this time of month? At times there can be delays in bills being issued for a number of reasons, including but not limited to maintenance on our billing systems. When this happens, we recommend checking periodically every business day or two to check and see if your bill is available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise if you're receiving an error when trying to view your bill, could you share a screenshot or more details as to the error in question?&lt;/P&gt;

There is definitely a problem with the Bell &amp;gt; MyBell link to &amp;gt; My bills and payments &amp;gt; One Bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is an error in the script. This will need to be addressed by Bell MyBell Tech. Support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that it is unique to Apple Safari and only since Safari was updated to 16.5.1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
