      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot access my bill on my account despite changing my password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I keep getting my ex-wife’s account with a balance which I believe was disputed at the time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am still using the same telephone which I don’t want to change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;please assist on my viewing of my bill which is $411 owing by 18th September 2023.&lt;/P&gt;

Did you update your MyBell account services &amp;amp; One Bill linked account info?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service billing &amp;amp; orders to verify your account information, your billing &amp;amp; what further actions needed to be taken by you. Their number is: &lt;STRONG&gt;310-BELL or 1-800-667-0123 or #611 from any Bell mobile device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They can also review your outstanding charges &amp;amp; let you know the best method of applying your payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should also verify the following on your computer and mobile device:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you auto save your login &amp;amp; password on your device or in your browser? Do you have the same problem using MyBell on a web browser? &amp;nbsp;MyBell app? Try clearing web cache, cookies, history &amp;amp; the password &amp;amp; login information for MyBell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which account is linked in MyBell? Yours or your wife?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is MyBell open on another device? If so, please close that session. What are you using to login to your MyBell account? Web browser? MyBell app? Computer, mobile device, tablet, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using a web browser, clear your cache, cookies, stored data &amp;amp; password for the MyBell website. Close your browser &amp;amp; restart your device or computer. Try logging in to MyBell once again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your MyBell profile is automatically going to lock you out after a number of failed attempts to log in. Are you sure you're entering the correct info when trying to log in? When trying to log in via a web browser, do you run into the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, there's a setting in your MyBell profile settings titled “&lt;STRONG&gt;Log me out when closing the app&lt;/STRONG&gt;” under &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings and Privacy&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the app. You'll want to make sure this isn't turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, we also recommend attempting to delete and reinstall the app, and making sure your phone is on the most up to date version of its OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if you were still in need of assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;Take care&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One other thing you can try is to flush the cache of your browser. This is called Delete Browsing Data in Edge and Chrome. It's not easy to find. Flushing forces you to log in again and prevents other issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Surely you can pre-test&amp;nbsp; and check out coding accuracy changes to your billing website for Mobility.&amp;nbsp; On Mar 4, , or 6, I forget now, I tried to check my March bill [and not there yet on March 9th].&amp;nbsp; I had to go through great difficulties to find an Agent who could help, the first one had un-intelligible English and must have been using a cell phone with very poor cell signal&amp;nbsp; -- and distorted.&amp;nbsp; And this was Bell !&amp;nbsp; She had no idea how to help me.&amp;nbsp; I could not make the changes to my username and password for my Mobility account which seemed to be necessary.&amp;nbsp; Finally a reached an Agent speaking clear English, and she kindly and clearly helped be through the process.&amp;nbsp; Even with the account number I gave to the first Agent, she said she could not locate my account !&amp;nbsp; I have noticed that your webpage and the contact website for submitting complaints and problems don't work properly now, they always did in the past, and I had no need to "complain" in the past...&amp;nbsp; I read that Bell is cutting staff and I think it is also not hiring good coders for its website, and it is a shame that such a major company is going through this.&amp;nbsp; Please improve your hiring and supervision of staff and fix your website...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
