For this reason, its recommended to always monitor your invoice and account, and if needed ensure payments are being made to avoid any past due balances or late fees.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

( I assume you mean you received your bill in the mail.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, if you check on line in MyBell, your account will be credited the amount of the pre-authorized payment. Are you talking about a paper bill that you received in the mail or are you talking about your eBill&amp;nbsp; that is showing on your MyBell account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How did you pay your bill? Bell does not just pay your bill with your credit card. Did you set up Pre-authorized bill payment on MyBell? Did you set up One bill? If so, then you will see an outstanding charge on the One bill section of MyBell with a payment date. If you setup Pre-authorized bill payment on MyBell, then the funds will be withdrawn from the financial institution or credit card company on this date. If you made a One time payment on MyBell using either your financial institution or credit card,&amp;nbsp; then it will not show up on MyBell until it clears the bank or credit card company and is forwarded to Bell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The MyBell site updates bill payments daily after they are received from the bank or credit card company. There are not enough days for a Pre-authorized debit payment to go through on your initial set up &amp;amp; first bill. This can take up to 18 days for your Pre-authorized debit payment to be processed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: If by chance, the Pre-authorized payment did go through in time, and it was applied to your account, you would be credited for both payments &amp;amp; your following bill would reflect the overpayment &amp;amp; the credit would be applied to the account.
