    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you by chance change or delete your old profile? or Did you create a new profile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you created a new profile, try logging back in to your old profile using a web browser &amp;amp; see if you can change the name &amp;amp; password if this is what you wanted to do in the beginning.       <title>MyBell App - Account Linking Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through the MyBell registration process, linked my accounts, setup my recovery questions, set a pin....all that jazz.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the internet site, everything is fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But on the MyBell Android app....I can login, but once I'm in....the app does not acknowledge the linked accounts.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If I attempt to go through the Link Account flow via the app, I eventually am thrown an error saying they're already linked (which of course, is correct).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In short, the problem seems isolated to the app.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I tried uninstalling / reinstalling the app to no avail.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just reporting back on this for the sake of others.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The MyBell Android app picked up my linked accounts after a few hours.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I didn't do anything to make it work, it just started working after some time passed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may still be able to do so.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you created a new profile, log back in to your old profile see if you can change the name &amp;amp; password if this is what you wanted to do in the beginning. I try to link by entering account number but it says “already linked to a profile” which is the profile I am already logged in to.       <description>&lt;P&gt;New customer. I’ve gone through the setup in a web browser and finally manage to see my services and subscriptions there. However logging into the MyBell app shows nothing and asks me to link an account so I try to do this and it tells me the account is already linked to a profile with the same username as the account I’m logged into in the app. So is there a big delay to get the app to work? Because the web browser shows my account fine? Same username and password obviously.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, we'd recommend trying to re-install the MyBell app on your device and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;Looking forward to hearing back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I call help desk customer support and they advised to do it through the website rather than the app. Same problem happened and I could not link the bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any help will be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;kindly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
