Add on plan for collect calls?

Hi, I was wondering if there's an add on or something for my home phone to recieve collect calls from jail rather then pay per minute

Jail phones are on a contract with the government at set rates. At the same time, there are third party services which give alternatives. A quick google search will show such services and their relative cost.

Thanks for your help! Unfortunately all the third party services don't provide the service for the jail I need and after speaking to a bell agent found out it's $2.50 per minute 😒
