Talking to a gentleman who works for Premium Retail Services ..how are they related to Bell Canada? Is his offers legit?

If you are talking about Premium Retail Services Canada, they are not related to Bell as far as I a aware.

They are a marketing group that does not seem to say on their web site exactly what they do besides general buzzwords and marketing terms.

Premium Retail Services is a marketing agency that does work on behalf of Bell promoting Bell's products & services. If he has proper identification, then yes he is legitimate.

You will see their sales staff in many locations across Canada representing many other major companies as well.

E.g. Apartment building lobby, malls, etc.

We had a guy come to our door from Premium Retail Services on behalf of Bell and said he would offer additional discounts. He hasn't implemented those discounts despite texting and emailing them to us. His name is Rahul Sharma, watch out for him if you're in Ontario, Canada.
