      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have requested Paperless Billing. Meaning send me an email with a link to my bill. I check online for my monthly Bill and pay at that time. But I still get paper billing. Requesting Paperless Billing should mean NO MORE MAILED BILLS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I updated my Billing Profile 6 months ago, and set Bill Format to E-bill (only).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has worked great until now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Why did I receive a paper bill mailed to me this month?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;(I went through the same exercise 6 months ago, when I received a paper bill, despite having gone to paperless billing years ago.)&lt;BR /&gt;Bell Canada should save money by not sending paper bills in the mail, and pass those savings on to their customers. The only reason to continue to send paper bills is to keep Canada Post afloat!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
