How do I set up carrier billing?

I need to know how it is that I can set my bell mobility up on my iPhone as a payee so that I can buy my apps and everything else on Apple like you can on Google bell says I can do it, but I can’t figure out how can somebody help me?

We're unsure of what you mean by your post. However, if you're referring to link your app store to your mobility invoice so that your app store purchases would appear on your invoice, it is not possible.
