    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I have pre-authorized credit card payments set up on my account.&amp;nbsp; I just received a new credit card as the old one expires soon.&amp;nbsp; The number is the same but obviously the expiry date has changed.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to update the info in my account or does Bell automatically update it for me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to update your Pre-authorized credit card on MyBell as soon as possible. Like now! Was your payment for your Bell account declined or is this just a change in your credit card? If this is a change in card only, log in to MyBell &amp;gt; Select One Bill &amp;gt; Pre-authorized payment &amp;amp; make the changes to your payment information. Save the changes &amp;amp; your changes are now complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your credit card payment was declined, you may also need to make a payment on &amp;gt; MyBell &amp;gt; One Bill &amp;gt; Make a&amp;nbsp;payment. In this case, I would also contact Bell Customer Service billing / orders &amp;amp; advise them that you missed a payment &amp;amp; are making a payment on MyBell. You can reach them by calling:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="tel:1 8663102355" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;1 866 310-BELL (2355)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;They will be able to provide you further direction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is important to keep your payment information up to date. If your credit card has expired you will need to update your information in the MyBell app.&lt;/P&gt;
