      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you experiencing this issue when using the MyBell mobile app or when you are using MyBell on the web?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you setup your One bill account on the MyBell web site?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging in to MyBell on the web to see if you can pay your bill from there? Is it timing out when you try to do something other a bill payment on the web or on the app? If this works, then I would suggest that you verify your banking information &amp;amp; account set up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are trying to pay your bill using the mobile app &amp;amp; you account is set up properly in One bill then I would: 1. Uninstall the MyBell app. 2. Power off your device completely. 3. Re-start your device. 4. Re-install the MyBell app. 5.Test the MyBell app &amp;amp; verify that One bill payment information that you have previously setup in MyBell s correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you previously paid your bill with the app? Have you set up bill payment on MYBell? Banking information or credit card? Are you using One Bill?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your iOS or OS up to date? Are your apps up to date? Have you rebooted your device? Complete power down of device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried logging in to MyBell online using your web browser to pay your bill?       <description>&lt;P&gt;So I'm having a horrible time with the app... my VISA card isn't being processed when i go to&amp;nbsp; make a payment on my internet bill. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":upside_down_face:"&gt;🙃&lt;/span&gt; I keep getting [session timed out] What kind of sick joke is this... on February 20,2025 it processed my payment for my phone bill. For the past 5 years its processed from the same card for every payment. But now it doesn't work now... make it make sense. If Bell refuses to accept payment i will happily switch ALL of my services [internet/3 phones &amp;amp; TV] to another provider &amp;amp; lodge a complaint to the CCTS. This is unCanadian.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- i have downloaded the app, it doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- switched devices... doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- tried on-line via PC ... doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;[I REFUSE TO GRANT PRE-AUTHORIZED ACCESS] to my bank account [FOR ANY COMPANY]. Spare me about debits or pre-paid visa's... cause I know debit cards don't work, because it never has for me. My VISA card has sufficient funds. How dare a company as "prestigious" as bell raise fees for all their users &amp;amp; then provide us with inadequate means to pay our bills&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Now, before I get obvious answers:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No I haven't tried online yet, I will.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes I've previously used the app to pay, for a couple of years now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This issue has not happened to me in the past.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
