Lights on ethernet ports Gigahub

I have 2 cables running into my modem. Port 1 is green and port 4 is yellow. I read that yellow indicates a higher speed. Port 4 was used first for awhile now. The other day i started using port 1 for my TV. The wired connection to the TV (port 1) is SLOWER and wifi. How is this possible? How do i get both ports lit up the same? Please help

Green should be 100 Mbit full duplex mode.

Yellow should be 1000 Mbit full duplex mode.

It's possible the TV box only supports 100 Mbit full duplex, or the network cable is the issue. Does it do the same thing and link green when using any of the other ports?

Sorry for the wait, for some reason I'm having problems with Bell forums. The connection keeps getting reset(?)

Anyway, I switched the ports (port1 into port4 and port4 into port1), no difference. The ethernet going to the TV is still lit green on the back of the modem and the speed is still lower than wifi.

The ethernet cable is new, Monoprice price CAT6A. The built-in wireless LAN adapter on the TV (Sharp Android model 75N8003U) supports the IEEE 802.11 ac/b/g/n.

I'm still at a loss...
