topic Using PODs as a wireless bridge in Internet

Hi All,

I have 10 Bell PODs throughout my house and they work very well with my HH2000.
I am installing a security system with a DVR that requires a direct Ethernet connection to the router.

Since the HH2000 router and the DVR are at opposite ends of my house, I don’t really want to run an Ethernet cable between them as it would be a long run and hard to fish the cable.

I’m wondering if I can plug the DVR into one of the Ethernet ports on the POD closest to where the DVR will be located. I’m not sure if this is called a “wireless bridge”?

All PODs are wireless now and none of them are hardwired to the HH2000.

Thanks

You can try, but I am pretty sure that ethernet port is for connecting additional pods as in daisy chaining them.
