I have been trying to setup port forwarding on my GigHub. I have noticed the following behaviour: If the device I am forwarding to is plugged into any port other than the 10Gb, the forwarding works as expected. If it is plugged into the 10Gb port, there is no forwarding. is this a GigaHub's 'feature' ?

I need to open some ports on my network but the website isn’t working it will say the settings save but port checkers always say the ports are closed still? If you can’t port forward on this router why do you show the option

Thank you for your question. There are some good hints and techniques on port forwarding in this forum thread. See the posts marked helpful replies that have a green checkmark. There are also many other ideas out there if you search for "port forwarding on Bell Giga Hub". It is very much a trial and error scenario.
