    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why did my access control get removed from my Home Hub 3000 recently?&amp;nbsp; In 2022 /2023 I had the access control listed on the home page of my modem dashboard, but now it says I need to go into an app called Bell WIFI.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The Bell WIFI app won't let you created schedules on devices connected to my guest wifi.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;How do I go about getting the Access control back on my main dashboard when connecting to the Home Hub 3000?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;or how do you create a schedule on the guest wifi via the Bell WIFI App?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to have parental control when i access my modem with ipaddress/dashboard. Suddenly I lost the ability. any idea? bell wifi app does not work, even after multiple timeout settings the TV still runs with full internet.. any idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using the current Wi-Fi app? Is your device compatible with current Wi-Fi app? Is it up to date? Please verify this before proceeding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they are compatible, then you should be able to control internet usage from within the app? Which modem do you have? Devices?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Rebooting all of your equipment &amp;amp; devices by powering everything off completely by removing the power cord on each receiver &amp;amp; your modem.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug your modem back in after waiting 30 seconds. This can 5-7 minutes for the modem to reconnect back to Bell.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once it is fully working, lights stop flashing, plug your receivers in, one at a time.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn on your TV &amp;amp; wait for the Bell Logo &amp;amp; the receiver to connect.. This can take 2-3 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot any other devices you have by a full power off / on making sure the iOS / OS &amp;amp; apps are up to date with the most current software.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If after completing these earlier steps &amp;amp; you are still encountering issues, you should contact Bell Fibe Internet tech support at:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="tel:18443107873" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;1 844 310-SURF (7873)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called the tech service line as recommended&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They updated the software for my modem but was still no longer able to access parental control&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They directed me to use the controls on the WiFi app and when I indicated that they don't work at all was then&amp;nbsp; directed to reach out to the support on this forum as there is nothing they can do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is very disappointing given all the monthly fees I pay Bell&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have tried the above&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also unable to initiate controls on multiple portable devices such as Chromebooks and phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The wifi app shos the device is blocked but I can easily access the internet from the devices&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.&lt;BR /&gt;Access Control is no longer available on the HH 3000. It was replaced with the Bell Wi-Fi app. The Wi-Fi app will only control devices that are connected to your Primary Wi-Fi network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Devices connected to the Guest Wi-Fi network can only connect to the Internet. You can not control &amp;amp; set up schedules for guests. You can only control access to the Guest Wi-Fi network by turning this feature on or off in Manage my Wi-Fi within the modem settings. Once turned on, access &amp;amp; usage is controlled by password only.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for posting your question.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Take care.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
