don't know who they were or where they went. Never contacted me either in case they are being billed. didn't know these were connected to the account. Anyhow, will check with bell to get these removed and adding new for me.

I got Bell internet for the first time recently. It seems that the family who lived in the house before me had Bell as they left a couple of Bell Wifi pods. Can I use them with my new Bell connection? if so, how? I have received a Home Hub 3000 modem.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Being the Good Samaritan that you are, if you know who the previous owners are & you are able to contact them, you should advise them that you found their Bell Wi-Fi pods that were left behind.. The Wi-Fi pods will still be connected to their Bell Internet account. The previous family are either being billed for them on a monthly basis or will be charged a non-return fee by Bell.

If you wish to add Wi-Fi pods to your account you can do so by to contacting Bell Customer Service Orders & billing to arrange for them to be activated & added to your Fibe Internet account.

Take care.
