&lt;P&gt;Are you setting up your service/modem for the first time? Which lights are showing up on your Home Hub 3000?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you see an error message pop up when you touch the '&lt;STRONG&gt;i&lt;/STRONG&gt;' (information) button on the modem?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>White lights on Home Hub 3000</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've found since yesterday, my internet seems to have shut off during the night. I tried connecting when using my laptop, but wasn't successful. I went to the HB3000, &amp;amp; rebooted. That resolved the issue. I do wonder though, about the lights on the HB3000 unit. I have 2 solid white lights. Is that ok??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are ever experiencing difficulties with your service you can touch your finger on the information button ( the symbol that is an "i") and it will tell you if there are any errors and provide an error code / message on the built in screen.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Community.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
