    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there &lt;SPAN style="color:var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1439028169"&gt;@George45&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your post.&lt;BR /&gt;Are you able to clarify what you mean by your inbox is frozen, what exactly is happening?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have a separate folder created for stuff from 2016 or are you scrolling down through all your emails and encounter issues when you get to 2016?&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried clearing your browser history, cookies and cache?&lt;BR /&gt;What browser are you using to access your Bell Webmail and have you tried a different browser?&lt;BR /&gt;When you say everything is working fine on Outlook and Gmail, are you referring to those as separate emails or do you have your Bell Email linked to them?&lt;BR /&gt;looking forward to hearing back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1547681209"&gt;@BellNick&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My problem was/is with &lt;SPAN&gt;Bell Webmail&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;not receiving emails from 2016. The inbox is frozen there.&lt;BR /&gt;Everything is working fine on Outlook and Gmail. Any suggestion?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks and regards&lt;/P&gt;
