 &lt;LI&gt;Can you share the make and model of your IP camera?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you using any third party equipment such as a router to connect?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you directly connecting to it from a computer's web browser using ethernet?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Can you tell us how the NVR is connected. To a router, directly to the Giga, cloud-based, etc?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What modem model do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Any VPN's connected?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>IP camera not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi I have an IP camera that is reachable from a web browser, is working fine. &amp;nbsp;It's assigned a 10.0.0.x ip address and does NOT show up in the gigahub ethernet connected devices list. &amp;nbsp;I can't add it to the NVR either. &amp;nbsp;I know it's on the network as I can connect to it. So it must be getting IP assigned by gigahub but why is it not showing up in connected devices? &amp;nbsp;I think this is why I can't add it to NVR. &amp;nbsp;anyone have any ideas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully others here who do will reply to your issue.&amp;nbsp;Meantime, I think we need more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Giga Hub DHCP server wouldn't be assigning addresses in that subnet (10.0.0.x). The camera won't show up as a connected device on the LAN unless its address is 192.168.2.x. Are you using a separate router which connects to the Giga, per&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/191"&gt;@BellPatricia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;? Or are you&lt;STRONG&gt; directly&lt;/STRONG&gt; connecting to it from a computer's web browser using ethernet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As well, can you tell us how the NVR is connected.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just switched over to Bell from Rogers - and for some reason, now my NVR is only available to view remotely on my iPhone via Wifi locally.&amp;nbsp; (this was previously not an issue) The LTE connection is no longer working to view my system.&amp;nbsp; I am having a similar issue with other customers - I used to be able to remote into their systems from inside my local network - and this is no longer letting me either.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have heard of some people adding another modem in line with the Gigahub, but I haven't attemped this yet.&amp;nbsp; I am a professional security installer with 5 years of experience, and have patched into recent Gigahub modems for other customers with no issues.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Please advise as this is very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you find a solution? I switched from cogeco to Bell months ago and since that date my NVR cameras have not been online. &amp;nbsp;Apparently it’s a port forwarding issue but I don’t know how to fix it. &amp;nbsp; Please help if you can!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
