How to control both modems in the Bell Wi-Fi app

I have 2 separate internet lines and Modems (Hub2000 & Hub3000), with 2 pods connected to each internet line. Only 1 modem is showing up in my Bell Wifi App… how do I add the second Home Hub with its 2 pods, to my Bell Wifi App?

Hi @KikiG,

Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for reaching out 🙂

When you login to the Bell Wi-Fi app with your MyBell credentials you have the option to choose which modem (B1) you wish to manage.

If you want to manage your other modem you just need to log out of the app, then log back in and choose the B1 associated with that modem.

I have 2 separate modems. Is there a way to add both of those modems to my bell wifi app (I already have one added but want to add the second one, as well)?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
If you have 2 internet accounts with 2 modems and they are both linked to your MyBell account, you should be able to switch between the two services on the WiFi app.
If you only have 1 internet account but for some reason have 2 modems, then no, they can not both be linked to the WiFi app. We only provide 1 modem per internet service.

Do you know how to switch back and forth in the wifi app with 2 internet accounts? I can’t seem to figure it out. I don’t see any option for that in the settings

Both accounts must be linked to your MyBell account. When you login to your MyBell account, do you see 2 internet accounts?

Hi @Allyson18
To begin, you need to log into your MyBellaccount. If you do not have one, you'll need to register for one.
Once logged in, you will need to ensure both internet accounts are linked to your profile. Please see our support article How to add another account to MyBellfor further information / steps on how to do this.
Once both internet accounts have been linked to your MyBell, your WiFi app should allow you to switch between the 2 accounts (it may take up to 24 hours for the WiFi app to update).

I installed a new internet service at a different address, I don't see it on the Bell Wi-Fi App dashboard. How do you add a new Hub on the dashboard?

allo i changed my modem at cottage 2 days ago and bell suport had the brilliant idea of naming the new modem with same name as at my home. having issues since. bell wi fi app at my home no longer sees my hub 3000 says off line, shows no devices online even if they are all connected. i want my bell wi fi app back but despite 6 phone calls, deleting app and downloading again, still not working. really frustrated. any idea how to solve this? thx pascale

You can toggle between the two internet accounts on the Bell Wi-Fi app log in page. Please log out of the dashboard, and then proceed to log back in to see if the option is available.

If you are still do not see both accounts you may need to add the account in MyBell. We recommend that you check out the helpful replies above for tips on linking your accounts in MyBell.

Bonjour

my app used to show the 2 different internet amd they were fine before Saturday, before the bell support person joined the 2 internet access in one. 6 phones calls and 6 hours lost to fix this the 2 internet are now separated but the bell wi fi app still does not work for non of the 2 locations. Says not on line, does not show the Hub 3000 in town and does not show the gigs hub at cottage. All the devices are connected and work fine. I deleted the app 4 times, I reset modem, unplugged it, waited 48 hours but still not working

can someone know how to fix this problem wit the app for me?
