I wired up an ethernet connection from my Giga Hub to my TV last night and worked fine. This morning, the IP address is now gone and ethernet not connected... where do I locate the IP address, Subnet mask, gateway and DNS server addresses?

Thank you for your concern. can you clarify where you are looking for the connection details? On the Giga Hub? They are in the dashboard. On the TV, that's in the settings menu usually. Are you trying to troubleshoot the failure?

Thanks for reaching out..... I am looking at the TV network connection settings. When I connected the ethernet, it worked at first, but then lost all the connections and need to manually input. In your response, sounds like the dashboard is where to locate the info.... how/where to connect to the dashboard?

Good Day.

How did you set up your connection to your TV? Have a look at your TV support manual. You will see s setup similar to what I have included below.

You should go back into your Settings > Connection manager on your TV. Connection > Network & verify your Network status. If you do not see an active connection, verify you IP Settings & set this to Obtain automatically. When using this setting, you will be able to view the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway settings that are assigned by the modem. You should also be able to Disconnect from the network & reset your TV Network back to the default.

To log in to your modem, open your web browser and enter the following into the web address field: 192.168.2.1 You will need your password. The default password is the serial number (S/N) located on the back of your modem.

I have included this web link to for easy access to your modem: Access your modem's settings

I have also included this support page for the Giga Hub modem below:

Home Hub 4000/Giga Hub - support, help and troubleshooting from Bell Internet

Take care.
