&lt;P&gt;Can you share a photo of the error message that you are getting so we can take a closer look?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have any third party security software already installed on your computer? If you do, it must be removed prior to installing Bell McAfee.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We also recommend running the Pre Install tool which will clean up the system to allow for a clean install, and will also ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just follow the steps below.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Start&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;inside the Preinstall Tool&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Read the warning message and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After the tool is done, click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Close&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and restart your computer&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once you have completed this, attempt to install McAfee again&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>When I install Bell McAfee I get an Error: Try again or contact support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was installing the free Mcafee from my bell account and during the process my computer shutdown. When I tunred on my pc and tried to install the antivirus, I couldn;t and started to get the message try again or contact support. I contacted mcafee support and after investigation they informed me to contact my provider (bell)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
