Do I need to return the Internet Satellite Dish?

Hi, I have an Internet Satellite dish which I have discontinued with Bell, there does not seem to be a requirement to return the Internet Satellite Dish. Do the same rules apply for the Internet Satellite Dish as they do for a TV Satellite dish. In other words I do not return the Dish but recycle it? Thanks

Good Day.

There is no need for you to return the Satellite Dish. It can be left in place for future owners. The return packing slip is intended for the modem, power supply, etc. Satellite TV dishes are normally left in place. They can also be recycled through Bell-supported provincial recycling programs.

I have had the Bell Internet via a dish for a few years. The signal does not actually come from a Satellite but from the local Cell Tower. I used the Term Satellite Dish only for simplicity as I am not sure what else to call it. I guess it could be a Wireless Cellular Dish instead of Satellite Dish. Regardless I want to ensure it does NOT have to be returned to Bell and that I should Recycle it. Bell does not seem interested in getting it back. However I want to be sure before I Recycle it. Thanks.

Good Day.

Bell does not offer satellite internet perse.

It does offer cellular mobile Internet using a Turbo Hub. An external antenna can be installed to boost the signal strength.

Bell also offers Wireless home & business internet. (WHI) is a rather new form of internet from Bell. It is designed to serve rural & cottage areas to give them faster signals than regular copper internet. It runs off of towers. Wireless to the home internet aims (small rectangle dish) towards cell tower.

You are not answering my question. I had the rural internet from the cell tower. I am trying to confirm if I can simply recycle the dish and confirm that Bell does not want it returned to them. Thanks

I called Bell Support and they confirmed that the "INTERNET DISH" that I have that received its INTERNET signal from the Bell Cell tower also does not need to be returned to them
