Good day.

You can only delete devices that are not currently connected to your Wi-Fi network & are offline. Disconnect the device from your Wi-Fi network. Open the Bell Wi-Fi app. Go to devices, scroll down to the offline section & slide the device from right to left. Select remove.

I am trying to delete someone that is showing up on my wifi app. You used to be able to touch the person while they were offline, slide to the left and you could hit delete. Why is that not there anymore?

Good Day.

The feature it is still there. The app has changed slightly when it was last updated.

Open the Wi-Fi App. Select > People. Select > Devices. Scroll down > to the offline section. Select > the 3 dots to the right of the offline device you wish to delete. Select > Forget device.

If you are still experiencing an issue after following my previous instructions:

Reboot your device.
Verify that you have the most current version of the Wi-Fi app.
If not, then remove & reinstall the app.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

In order to remove a device from the Wi-Fi app , the device must be offline; not connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Open the Bell Wi-Fi app and log in with your MyBell username and password. Get help logging in to the Bell Wi-Fi app.
Touch the People icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Touch Devices.
Scroll down to the offline section of the listed devices.
Select the 3 dots beside the device that is offline that you wish to remove.
Select > Red X "Forget this device."

Manage your modem’s settings in the interface of the Home Hub 3000 and 4000, and the Giga Hub
