    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never heard back from Bell.&amp;nbsp; They said they would call me and nothing.&amp;nbsp; I tried to login to my email again today after lunch and it still said invalid credentials.&amp;nbsp; I clicked on forgot password and when it brought me to the manage email screen, it FINALLY said change password and no longer said my email was suspended.&amp;nbsp; I was able to change my password and log back on to my email.&amp;nbsp; But nothing from Bell to let me know what happened or why it happened...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My email suddenly stopped working today on my PC and phone.&amp;nbsp; When I tried to logon, it said I have invalid credentials.&amp;nbsp; I tried again and same thing.&amp;nbsp; I clicked on FORGOT MY PASSWORD and was taken to MYBELL where next to my email address it now says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This email account is currently suspended. To reactivate it, please call&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0066a4"&gt;310 SURF (7873)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have called Bell, chatted Bell online and no one can tell me why this happened or how to fix it.&amp;nbsp; The other email address on our account is working fine.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas???&amp;nbsp; I was told it may take 48 hours for a call back !&amp;nbsp; I run my home based business from this email address&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Exactly the same thing happened to me on the same day as you.&amp;nbsp; Same routine, called Bell, said it would take&amp;nbsp; up to 48 hours for a call back. Three days later no call back.&amp;nbsp; I read your message tonight and once again tried to change my password and IT WORKED.&amp;nbsp; Still nothing from Bell. I'm so glad I saw your message!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
