    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the replies.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to wait to see if it happens again and, if so, I'll just call the tech support.&amp;nbsp; Pretty sure I didn't reset anything.&amp;nbsp; The only thing I could think of was that the power had gone out around the same time frame.&amp;nbsp; But even then, I have a back-up UPC so not sure if it had drained or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Giga Hub Settings Disappearing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had a Giga Hub for several years now and recently settings are disappearing.&amp;nbsp; For example, all my port forwarding entries vanished and the guest network disabled and related settings were lost.&amp;nbsp; I added back some port forward settings but a few days later they disappeared again.&amp;nbsp; Has anybody else encountered this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This can happen if a reset vs. restart is mistakenly chosen at the modem or if you are logged in to your modem and accidentally choose a reset in the modem Advanced tools &amp;amp; settings menu. Bell Tech support can reset your modem on a need be basis to solve a modem issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should this problem persist, please contact Bel Internet Tech support.
