I have acidentally frozen indefinitely a device from the Bell WiFi app and I swiped it away to be removed. I realized it was the wrong device I had done this to and I need to know how to recover this device to readd back to the list of trusted devices.

Unfortunately this device doesn't have accessible connections and/or buttons really as it is my Defiant HubSpace back door deadbolt.

Please someone help me to undo my brain fart so I can access controls to my back door again!! Thank you!

Hello, I had to delete my daughter's phone from the list of devices from the Bell Wi-Fi App. But now I cannot find a place to "add device". I looked every where many times. What am I missing? I went on the three lines, nothing. I went on the device section, nothing. Please help! I need to be able to block her. TIA!

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

You cannot just "undelete" or "unforget" a device that has been deleted on the Bell Wi-Fi app or on your Bell Internet modem.

You will need to reconnect the device in question. Please check out the following. Any one of these or a combination of more than one of these items should restore your daughters deleted device.

You should close the Wi-Fi app.

Reconnect the device that you have previously chose to delete or forget & add it back on to your network.

It may be as simple rebooting the forgotten device.

Turning Wi-Fi Off /On

Logging back in to your Wi-Fi network on the forgotten device.

To add a new device to your home network via the Bell Wi-Fi app, you first need to connect the device to your Bell Wi-Fi network using the device's Wi-Fi settings. Once connected, open the Bell Wi-Fi app, log in with your MyBell username and password, and then tap the Devices tab to find and manage your newly added device.

Please refer to these instructions for further information: Bell Wi-Fi app and how to I use it.

FYI Only:

The Bell Wi-Fi app allows you to manage and view information regarding your connected devices and their activity right from your fingertips. Here is how to view devices connected to your Wi-Fi network:

Open the Bell Wi-Fi app and log in with your MyBell username and password.

Touch the People icon at the bottom of the home screen.

Touch Devices.

Select a device to learn more about it, then More info

Under the device name, you’ll see its connection quality rating, what channel it’s on and other device details.

To rename a device or assign it to a user, touch the device you want to rename, and then touch the three dots in the top right corner. You can then select Nickname or Assigned to in order to edit.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Take care.
