Good Day.

Prior to disposing of the two devices, did you uninstall McAfee or remove the App? If so, then they should of automatically been removed from your account. You can verify this by logging in to your account. What were the devices that you no longer have? Laptops, mobile phones, tablets, etc.

To remove a laptop from McAfee, you need to uninstall the McAfee software from the laptop and login to your McAfee account to deactivate or remove it from your McAfee account if it's still linked. McAfee Protection Center

If you no longer have the laptops or devices & they are still linked to your account, you will need to contact McAfee customer support to fully remove them.

How to deactivate and release a McAfee software license | McAfee Support

You can only manually remove Android or iOS devices from your account. You can’t manually remove a PC. You will need to contact McAfee Customer Service.

If you are still unable to install or remove your McAfee product after following the above, contact McAfee support

Take care.
