Internet Setup Page Won’t Accept b1 Id and Access Password

I’ve located my b1 number and have tried multiple possibilities for “access password”

I am an existing bell customer and have added Fiber to my service. It will not let me get past this screen on my computer. It won’t let me use the Internet on my pc.

Can you please provide us with some further specific details? Your b1 number is your Bell Internet account number. Are you trying to connect your computer to your internet service? E.g. Wireless or wired connection with an ethernet cable?

In order to access your MyBell account, you need to enter your MyBell login: Username & password.

To find the default Wi-Fi network name and password for your Bell modem, you'll need to locate the sticker on the back of the modem itself. The sticker will list the default SSID (Service Set Identifier, or network name) and the password, The Bell modem administrator password is also located on this same sticker on the back of the modem. It is the serial number of the modem.

Find or change your Wi-Fi password through your web browser

First, you’ll need to log into your modem’s interface or GUI.

Open a new browser tab.
Depending on your connected status, enter the below:

Bell.ca/mymodem if connected to the internet already.
192.168.2.1 if not connected to the internet.

Click Manage my Wi-Fi.
If prompted, enter the administrator password. Unless you have already changed it, the default password is the serial number located on the sticker found on the back of your modem.
Ensure your Primary Wi-Fi network is set to ON.
You can now view or change the network name and password.
Click Save to apply any changes you have made.
