&lt;P&gt;What type of device are you connecting to the modem via USB? Is your equipment all up to date with the latest firmware?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A few things we can recommend are:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Test the device elsewhere to ensure it is still working.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try a different USB cord.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your modem and the device by unplugging the equipment for around 30 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still having trouble you could also try a factory reset of your modem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try that out and let us know if you need any more help.&lt;/P&gt;
