Wifi was kick out every evening around 8 pm I called Bell and a technician at the managerial level discovered after two hours that there a lot of other network users on my network so he advised me to change my wifi password on all my devices. This corrected my problem. Then I discovered that I forgot to change my HP printer to the new wifi password. That’s when trouble occurred because I couldn’t connect to wifi. After trouble shooting many options I agreed for HP support thru their chat line and the tech support said that I had foreign users from other countries. He said that it would take 30 mins to block these users and install a Firewall for $130. This info made me think that I was being scammed so I disconnected and called Bell just now with no answers— just frustration.
Who should I contact for help.
