    <description>&lt;P&gt;my emails to comcast address in US blocked as spam&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mail to comcast is rejected &amp;amp; returned with an error message containing the code BL000000 with message "Our filters have determined that email from your email server has been sent in patterns which are characteristic of spam. In an effort to protect subscribers, your email server as been blocked from sending email to the Comcast network".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This problem has just started to occur. I can still RECEIVE emails from the comcast address, but not respond. How can this problem be resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Forwarding email from iPhone Outlook app is not sending</title>

&lt;P&gt;so i tried to forward an email from my Inbox to my kids- on my iphone outlook app. It showed as “sent” for me, both kids didn’t receive it- including in Junk.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i resent- same result.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i sent a test emai to myself- received.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I forwarded the 1st email to my sister- she didn’t receive it!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i then logged into the Bell Webmail webpage- and forwarded from there to kids and sister. All received.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;however, when i check the Sent folder on the webmail- it is missing all of the today’s unsuccessful sends from the phone, plus random months of my other sent emails!! They are there on the phone app’s Sent- but not in the Webmail Sent. And now sending from the phone is hit and miss? What’s going on?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Make Model? OS or iOS? Windows, Safari, Chrome, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried this from a another device or a computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you logging in from a web browser or email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail, Google Gmail?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you made any changes to your system? Is your operating systems up to date? Apps current? Have you rebooted whatever you are using by doing a complete power off then back on after 20-30 seconds?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I did look at the trouble shooting page, email is good,&amp;nbsp; seems this is a Bell problem and the fix on the troubleshooting page is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the email address looks correct, you can try sending your message again. If it still doesn’t go through, contact the recipient another way.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Funny this is why I have email, it is convenient.&amp;nbsp; Cable fib is coming down the street, NOT Bell I'm afraid.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How are you accessing Bell email (through a third party email client such as Outlook, or directly on our website)? If you are accessing your Bell email through a third party email client can you send a test email while logged directly into Bell Webmail to see if the same thing happens?&lt;/P&gt;
