Welcome to Community and thank you for your post.

To ensure your concern is answered properly through Community, could you please share some information?

How many device's do you have in your home that you personally use that would be connected to the internet?
What model modem do you have?
Do you have any third party equipment connected (such as a router)?
Do you have your Wi-Fi open or password protected and if so, have you tried changing your Wi-Fi password?

Are a lot of them greyed out? If I am not mistaken, it remembers any device that ever connected, including offline devices.

The offline devices would show as greyed out.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

If the devices are greyed out, this suggests they are no longer connected. It should be safe to delete & forget all of them. If needed, your can always log them back in. I would also suggest that you change your Wi-Fi password & reconnect the devices that you do have using the new password. This will give you far better control knowing what devices you do have that are connected & working.
