Good Day & Welcome.

To fix Google Nest devices not connecting to Bell Home Hub, disable "Whole Home Wi-Fi" in the Bell app/modem settings to split the 2.4GHz, 5GHz & 6GHz bands, as Nest devices often require 2.4GHz. You will also need to factory reset your Nest devices.

How to Temporarily - Split bands on Bell Home Hub Modem

Log in to the modem and turn off "Whole Home Wi-Fi."

Temporarily rename the 5 GHz & 6 GHz radios to force the device to connect to the 2.4 GHz band for setup.

Once the 2.4 GHz device is successfully configured, log back into the modem and re-enable "Whole Home Wi-Fi" to restore the single SSID.
