      <title>Fibre splice keeps failing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new install with you and its been a nightmare, 3x techs have been here, first order your folks put it at wrong address... 2nd tech was able to pull and splice - 1 hour latern no service splice failed... and 3rd tech came today, respliced, worked for like 30 minutes to an hour and still same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your call centre keeps making me stay here all day for days on end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont know what to do at this point... is there an escalation path? I can only be so lenient and patient.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;June 3rd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1400 cable not connected. Gigahub 2.0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its 100% the splice. This is exact same issue as before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
