    <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually my download speed is 500mbps today it is 20mbps and some times drops to 10 or 8 . I have reset the modem twice no difference what’s going on to have such slow service ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Some examples being technical issues, outages, maintenance, server traffic, etc..). Are you still experiencing this issue currently? If so, can you share some further information?&lt;BR /&gt;Which model modem do you have?&lt;BR /&gt;Which internet plan do you subscribe to?&lt;BR /&gt;Where are you performing a speed test? If through a third party speed test tool, please try a speed test directly through your modem GUI / Wi-Fi app and once done, can you share the results?&lt;BR /&gt;We would also recommend trying out our&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://m.bell.ca/supportcommunityforumvirtualrepaire" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Virtual Repair Tool&lt;IMG style="display: inline; padding-bottom: 5px;" src="https://stage-forum.bell.ca/html/assets/Accessiblity_Arrow.png?version=preview" border="0" alt="Opens in a new tab or window" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.
